We have noticed that many tenants do not know what they should and can do themselves, sometimes wait far too long to inform us and are then disappointed.

Or simply do not know how to solve things themselves while it is sometimes very simple. We understand that you get irritated and we want to prevent that. That is why we are creating a video library with the most common jobs.

You often only find out at the weekend or in the evening that your dishwasher is not working and you would prefer to fix it immediately. During the day you are busy with work or your studies. The VIDEO LIBRARY offers a solution, we have made videos of the most common problems that you can (and should) solve yourself. Not too long and too boring but short instructions to help you on your way. We hope that you will enjoy this a lot and that it really helps you. We will certainly try to add useful videos regularly so that we can make life a little easier for our tenants, for example:

Is the heating not working anymore?
The water in the central heating often needs to be topped up or bled.

Leaking tap?
Often it is a broken rubber ... or a tap washer.

Electricity off?
First check the group/meter cupboard, usually you can just turn it back on.
