This means on the agreed day and time, but also that there are no additional costs every time for additional work that we could have thought of in advance. In addition, they can certainly call us if they notice a defect but do not make any promises or reflect negatively on the quality of the rented property to our users, without first discussing it with us. It is important for a lawyer to be sharp and alert, but also solution-oriented. Better to turn back halfway than to go astray completely. A good lawyer will also point out to you if the chance of winning is small and advise you to do things differently in the future. In that sense, it is an important mirror.
