Introduction

Muiderpoort Vastgoedbeheer (hereinafter referred to as ‘service provider’) is the responsible party for the processing of personal data collected through the use of our services, websites, and social media channels (hereinafter: ‘website’). Which data is processed

Personal data is provided by home seekers, sellers, real estate agents, property developers, or other interested parties (hereinafter: ‘user’), for example, when submitting a contact request, subscribing to a newsletter, or using similar functions.

  • Email address(es)
  • Date of birth
  • Place of birth
  • IP address (if collected via cookies or tracking mechanisms)
  • Customer or membership number

  • Payment details (only for invoicing purposes)
  • Household composition
  • Employment status

Special categories of personal data (only if strictly necessary and permitted)

In principle, we do not process special categories of personal data, unless you have given explicit consent or it is necessary for our services. Special categories of data include:

  • Race or ethnic origin

  • Religious or philosophical beliefs

  • Sexual orientation or sexual behavior

  • Trade union membership

We also do not knowingly process data of persons under the age of 16 without parental or guardian consent.

  • Provision of services, such as marketing and lead management via Pararius Office
    and Leadflow

  • Legal obligations, such as tax regulations
  • Direct marketing, promotions, and newsletters*

* For direct marketing via email or SMS, we request explicit consent unless the user is
already a customer and is being offered similar products or services.

Legal basis for data processing

We process personal data solely on the basis of:

  • Performance of a contract or agreement
  • Legal obligation
  • Legitimate interest (such as marketing or fraud prevention)
  • User consent (for example, for newsletters)

Sharing of personal data with third parties

Personal data is only shared with third parties if this is necessary for our services or if we are
legally required to do so.
We use software such as Bloxs for property management or Pararius Office and Leadflow for
lead management, CRM, and real estate services. These parties process personal data on
our behalf and are contractually obliged to take appropriate security measures. We conclude
data processing agreements with these parties.
Additionally, personal data may be shared with:

  • IT and hosting providers
  • Marketing and analytics tools (for website optimization, for example)
  • Financial and legal advisors, if necessary

We only share personal data with third parties within the European Economic Area (EEA) or
with parties outside the EEA that provide an adequate level of protection, for example,
through an adequacy decision or by concluding standard contractual clauses.

Security measures

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against
