MPVB started offering a good service at a competitive price in 2018. Not a percentage of the rental price, as is usual, but a fair and fixed amount per month, per unit. A price that is related to the amount of work and not to the rental price, after all, it is not a performance bonus but compensation for good work.

This concept is a success, more and more customers are finding their way to MPVB.nl and are convinced that quality does not have to be expensive.

The two founders, Arnold Vlaar and Jaap van Veen, had decades of experience in property management when they were asked by one of our highly valued customers whether they would not like to take care of the management for them together, at the time in addition to their other positions as controller and broker. They had tried some other managers but nowhere found the quality they were used to when Arnold and Jaap were still managing the property for them together.

You could initially call it a side job, but it quickly grew into a real company. Arnold could no longer combine this with his other job and Jaap decided to continue alone, to stop brokering and to hire a part-time controller. In the meantime, we have grown further and we manage several hundred units with a nice team. Many shops and catering establishments but also homes, in metropolis Amsterdam and the surrounding area because we like to be a local manager, that works best in our opinion

We have a lot of knowledge in-house, both in technical, administrative, legal and commercial areas. Since we have short lines within our team, we can act quickly when necessary and we do not work past each other. Early detection and all expertise in-house as much as possible, plus very good cooperation with executors and specialists, such as lawyers and construction engineers, means that we can offer a very high standard at an exceptionally good price.

In addition, we also try to contribute to society and we feel responsible for a pleasant stay for our tenants, both residential and commercial. We always look at our relationships and our properties with a sustainable eye, real estate is after all a beautiful combination of people and their daily stay and that should therefore be well preserved and remain. That can be the stay during work or in your private time. A good and representative accommodation, in a nice location is always very important, for everyone. It is a wonderful task to be able to provide that, we are very proud of that.
